Patient Information

Everything you need to know before, during and after your visit: admissions, billing, visiting hours and your rights as a patient. If anything is unclear, our front desk is always happy to help.

Before You Visit

Practical guidance for patients & families

Clear information to help your visit go smoothly, from admission through discharge.

Admission Process

Admissions begin with a consultation and an admission note from your treating doctor. Our front desk will guide you through registration, help complete consent and identification documents, and assign you to the appropriate ward. Please carry a government-issued photo ID, any prior medical records, and your insurance/TPA card if applicable.

Billing & Insurance

We provide transparent, itemised billing and accept cash, cards, UPI and major insurance/TPA panels. Estimated costs are shared before scheduled procedures, and our insurance desk will assist with pre-authorisation, documentation and cashless processing wherever your policy allows.

Visiting Hours

General visiting hours are 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. ICU visiting is restricted to brief, scheduled slots to protect critically ill patients. Please check with the ward staff for the current ICU schedule and limit visitors to two per patient at a time.

Patient Rights & Responsibilities

You have the right to respectful, confidential and informed care, including clear explanations of your diagnosis, treatment options and costs. In turn, we ask that you share accurate medical information, follow the agreed treatment plan, respect staff and fellow patients, and settle bills promptly.

Multidisciplinary care

Specialists across orthopaedics, neurosciences, critical care and more under one roof.

Insurance & TPA support

Cashless processing with major insurers and a dedicated help desk.

Family-friendly

Clear visiting hours and comfortable waiting areas for attendants.
