Pristine Hospital was founded in 2002 by a small group of doctors who believed that compassionate, evidence-based care should be accessible to everyone. Two decades later, that conviction still guides how we work.
Our Journey
From a single idea to a multi-specialty hospital
Founded in 2002 and centrally located on Modi Hospital Road, WOC Road, Bengaluru, Pristine Hospital has grown steadily, guided at every step by our founding doctors and our mission.
Pristine Hospital was founded in 2002 by Dr H.M. Prasanna, Dr Anantha Kishan, Dr G. Lakshminarayanan and Dr V. Balachandra, clinicians united by a simple conviction: that high-quality healthcare should be honest, compassionate and within reach of the community it serves.
Our mission is captured in two words: “Service to Society”. That ethos shapes how we hire, how we treat patients, and how we invest in our facilities. We deliberately chose a central location on Modi Hospital Road, WOC Road, so that care is easy to reach from across Bengaluru.
Over two decades we have added dialysis, in-house CT scanning, modern operating theatres and an intensive care unit, always led by experienced consultants and underpinned by evidence-based protocols and transparent communication.

- 2002
Founded
Pristine Hospital is founded by Dr H.M. Prasanna, Dr Anantha Kishan, Dr G. Lakshminarayanan and Dr V. Balachandra with a shared vision of accessible, ethical healthcare.
- 2004
Inaugurated by the CM of Karnataka
The hospital is formally inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Karnataka, marking its arrival as a trusted multi-specialty institution in Bengaluru.
- 2006
Expansion + Dialysis
Capacity expands with new wards and a dedicated dialysis program, extending renal care to the community.
- 2010
In-house CT scan
A round-the-clock in-house CT scan facility is commissioned, enabling faster diagnosis for trauma and emergency cases.
- 2013
Diagnostic upgrades
Diagnostic and laboratory infrastructure is upgraded with the latest imaging and pathology equipment.

Serving the community
A multi-specialty hospital delivering advanced orthopaedics, neurosciences, critical care and trauma services, alongside regular community health camps.
